    Ingredients


  •    1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin vegetable oil
  •     one tablespoon finely sliced purple onion
  •     a pair of massive egg whites, beaten
  •     Pinch of salt
  •     1/2 teaspoon capers, rinsed and sliced (optional)
  •      one ounce salmon
  •     one slice tomato
  •     one wheaten staff of life, split and cooked

 

 

Preparation
